EXERCYCLE, S.L. maintains an inspection procedure for supplier deliveries. Supplies of goods and services are checked for quality, correspondence between the quantities delivered and the delivery notes and purchase orders, integrity of the products and services, compliance with deadlines, adequacy of delivery documentation and, where applicable, technical documentation. In addition, if the supplier manufactures for us, checks are carried out at their facilities by prior agreement between the parties.
Suppliers are re-evaluated annually in order to retain those who have not caused any problems during the period or those who, if they have caused problems, are responding satisfactorily to our instructions.
How to buy
Shopping at BH Online Store is very easy: just choose a product, add it to your cart, and place your order using your preferred payment method.
To find a product, you can use either the navigation menu at the top of the page or the online store’s search engine; the search results will show the products available based on the information you entered.
Within the product categories (treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, etc.), you will find search filters such as price, use, maximum user weight, and technological compatibility to help you find the machine that best suits your needs.
You don’t need to be registered to shop at the BH Online Store, but if you sign up, you can save your details and favorite products, track the status of your orders, and speed up the process for future purchases. You’ll also receive free email content on how to get the most out of your equipment, promotions, discounts, and much more. Remember that you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To add a product to your cart, click on the “Add to cart” button. Once added, a summary of your cart will be displayed, where you can view, delete, or add units of previously added products. To complete your purchase and proceed to checkout, click on the “Checkout” button. You will be taken to the payment process where you will see a summary of your purchase. Enter your details (first name, last name, shipping address, etc.), choose your payment method, and click on the “Place order now” button to complete your purchase. Oh! If you have a promotional code, don’t forget to include it at this step.

Return policy
The customer will have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the items to exercise their right of withdrawal. The customer will notify EXERCYCLE SL within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law of their desire to exercise their right to terminate the contract. The returned order will be collected by EXERCYCLE SL and the transport company appointed by it. The customer will be provided with information and instructions on how to prepare the package before collection.
In the case of a defective product, repair and replacement will be free of charge for the consumer and user. This free of charge will include the necessary costs incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, in particular shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Conditions. The circumstances that may lead to a return are as follows:
1. You are not satisfied with the product you ordered.
- You have 14 business days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- You can return it by courier to our warehouse (returns with shipping charges payable by the recipient will not be accepted under any circumstances) or
- We can arrange for our carriers to collect it. The shipping and collection costs in the event of a return will be borne by you and are as follows:
- For products weighing less than 10 kg, the transport costs are €10.
- For products weighing between 10 and 50 kg, the transport costs are €30.
- For all other products weighing more than 50 kg, the shipping costs are €50.
- The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and must be returned as you received it.
- Once the product is in our warehouse and we have verified that it is in the agreed condition, we will proceed to make a transfer to the account you specify. If any items are missing, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If the product is received damaged or dented, the value of the damaged part will be deducted from the refund.
- If the order was paid for by card, the refund will be made to your card. It will take no more than 15 working days from the moment we receive the product until the money is back in your account.
2. Defective product of origin
Exercycle may repair the item at the customer’s address or replace the item. In the case of replacement, once Exercycle receives the defective product, they will send you another one. In this case, the replacement will be for the same item or reference. Exercycle will cover the shipping costs for the return and new shipment.
3. Product that, due to an error, does not correspond to the order
Exercycle will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the correct one corresponding to the order placed.

Shipping policy
The shipment will be made once Exercycle has received payment for the total amount of the order, as order confirmation alone is not sufficient for processing the order.
The delivery date to the customer’s address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. Delivery times and commitments, as well as current shipping rates, are available on each product page. If an item does not show a specific delivery time, Exercycle undertakes to deliver within seven working days of receipt of payment, provided that the customer has provided a correct delivery address and someone is available at the address to receive the delivery. The total delivery time for an order will be that of the item with the longest delivery time.
Sometimes large or very heavy packages are delivered to the door of the building where you live, and your cooperation is required to bring the goods up to your apartment. It is not the responsibility of Exercycle or the transport company to bring it up to your apartment or into your home.
Items are delivered in the manufacturer’s original packaging and unassembled. Assembly is the responsibility of the buyer, although you may request a quote from Exercycle to carry out this task.
Delivery will be made by the transport company selected by EXERCYCLE, S.L. Selection is based on internal criteria and is always aimed at providing the most efficient service possible. Delivery will be made within the transport company’s working hours, trying to accommodate the customer’s schedule as much as possible. In case of absence, another person authorized by the customer may collect the order. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages or interest.
In the case of an electrical product, the customer must check that the device is working properly and read the user guide provided.
In the event of apparent visible defects, the buyer must notify the transport company in writing when collecting their order. If no note is made, the customer accepts the delivery as is and waives any possible subsequent claim. If an incident has been noted, the customer benefits from the right of return under the conditions set out in this document.
The following are considered cases of force majeure preventing the seller from fulfilling their delivery obligation: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, and the inability to be supplied.
Once the goods have been delivered, you have 24 hours to report any hidden incidents to the carrier in the event of loss or damage to part of the shipment. Any refusal without evidence of damage to the packaging or goods, or failure to collect the package, will result in the goods being returned at the customer’s expense.
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered to the customer in several installments. However, the customer makes payment in a single installment, except in the case of cash on delivery. If the customer wants two different delivery locations for the same order, please consult our sales department about the shipping costs involved.

- Cross-trainers: You should tighten the screws that connect the rods periodically. You will know when it’s time to do this as you will hear a noise when you are exercising. Due to supporting your weight the screws may become loose over time. If you tighten them, this will be resolved.

Todas las máquinas nuevas de fitness de BH y tecnovita cuentan con tres años de garantía en piezas y mano de obra. Esta garantía cubre problemas técnicos, pero no lo hace si el producto se ha usado incorrectamente o más allá del uso recomendado para el mismo.
