The product covered by this certificate is protected for a period of THREE (3) YEARS provided it is intended exclusively for domestic use.

Additionally, treadmills have a specific warranty on the frame for a period of TEN (10) YEARS.

The warranty coverage for machines classified as “LCU” (Light Commercial Use – Limited Collective Use) is ONE (1) YEAR for use in homeowners’ associations, beauty centers, small hotel gyms, or similar facilities, and SIX (6) MONTHS for public use in gyms or civic centers.

The warranty coverage for machines classified as SM “Refurbished” (ReStart) is ONE (1) YEAR in any environment. The aforementioned special terms do not apply.

In all cases, the period begins on the date shown on the purchase receipt or invoice, or on the corresponding delivery note if later. It is essential to present this documentation for any potential repairs. Warranty policy may vary between countries. The warranty period indicated applies only within Europe.

• Repair or replacement of the product for damage or defects that are clearly and demonstrably due to manufacturing faults or factory defects. In all cases, this will be carried out within a reasonable time and without major inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which the consumer intended it.
• Exceptions apply where repair or replacement would impose unreasonable costs on the seller compared with other remedies, provided those alternatives do not disadvantage the consumer.
• For defective parts whose assembly is detailed in the manual’s assembly steps, the manufacturer will cover shipping and the cost of the new part. If, in the manufacturer’s opinion, a technician’s assistance is required to replace the component, materials, labor, and travel costs will be free of charge to the customer.
• In the event of a repair or the replacement of a machine with a new one, the warranty period is temporarily suspended until the new unit is delivered, and there will always be at least 6 months of warranty remaining; however, a new 3-year period will not start.
• Likewise, there will be either (i) a price reduction or (ii) termination of the contract, at the consumer’s choice, when repair or replacement is not carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to the consumer. The (i) price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value the goods would have had at the time of delivery if they had conformed to the contract and the value of the goods actually delivered at that time. (ii) Termination will not apply where the lack of conformity is minor.

• Use of the equipment in gyms, sports centers, or institutional facilities.
• Incorrect installation, improper assembly, or breakage of parts due to incorrect assembly (see the instruction manual for installation and use recommendations).
• Improper use of the machine (excessive time, weight, etc.) or issues arising from lack of maintenance (lack of lubrication or lubrication with a product other than that supplied by BH, etc.) (see the instruction manual for installation and use recommendations).
• Units that have been opened, tampered with, or repaired by personnel not expressly authorized by EXERCYCLE, S.L.
• Equipment in which original parts have been replaced with parts not supplied by the manufacturer.
• Errors arising from software manipulation or from downloading programs or applications that are not pre-installed.
• Deviations from the standard product, such as slight vibrations or noises from elements that require periodic maintenance (lubrication or retightening) by the user.
• Wear parts such as: batteries, springs, bearings, treadmill belts and decks, hydraulics, ropes, cables, drive belts, pulleys, upholstery, pedals, toe clips, etc., once six months have elapsed from the purchase or delivery date.
• Damage caused by external factors such as humidity, sweat, salty or corrosive environments (near pools, saunas, or on terraces), misuse of chemical products, etc., resulting in deterioration of paint and chrome finishes.
• Scratches, scuffs, abrasions, impacts, drops, etc., caused by poor care.
• Defects caused by damage sustained during transport of the unit.

• The action to claim for lack of conformity expires three years from delivery of the goods.
• The consumer must report the existence of the defect within two months from the time they became aware of it.
• This Warranty does not affect other legal consumer rights under applicable law; however, it is incompatible with other actions arising from remedies for hidden defects in the sale.
• Any matters arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this warranty shall be governed by the applicable national legislation.
• Any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this contract shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Vitoria.
